If you were going to commit to doing one thing every day for the next 100 days, what would it be?

That’s the premise of The 100-Day Project, a collaboration between magazine and web site The Great Discontent, which profiles artists and makers, interviewing them about their process, and Elle Luna, artist, writer and author of the new book, “The Crossroads of Should and Must: Find and Follow Your Passion.”
“We kicked off the project to help people celebrate the process of creating,” says The Great Discontent co-founder Tina Essmaker. “Participants are committing to show up daily for 100 days and make something, and they’re tapping into their potential, which was there all along.”
“It’s a bite-sized way to help you dive into your ‘must,‘” adds Luna. “Whatever that might be.” The idea has spawned a flurry of creativity on Instagram, where it launched in April with the hashtag #The100DayProject and generated 120,000 posts from 50 countries in the first 30 days.
Where might you start with the 100-day process?
“Ask: What is one activity you can do today to honor yourself?” asks Luna, who is painting her dreams (the ones she has at night) as her practice, in the hopes of gaining more insight from them.
“Sometimes people ask for advice on their projects, and I would say, make it as simple as you can,” she says. “Whatever idea you come up with, make it even simpler. Design the realities of your life into your project. Will you be traveling a lot? If so, make sure your project can fit into a purse.”
In a sense, the 100-day ethos is a celebration of committing to one tiny change.
Katrina McHugh, from San Francisco, a graphic designer who runs the design studio Flight Design Co. by day, wanted to inject a little more play into her daily routine. “It can be hard to set aside time to make work that isn’t related to a client project,” she laments. She decided to make her project the 100 Days of Lyrical Natural Sciences, “a theme that explores references to the natural world woven into song lyrics,” she says. (See her work below.) A recent post depicted a graphic of a mountain range with lyrics from the Marvin Gaye hit, “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough.”
For her, one of the highlights of the project has been seeing how a little community can go a long way in keeping you inspired.
“Old friends I haven’t talked to in years are sending me songs,” she says. “I’ve made some fun new international Instagram friends working on their own 100-day projects. Knowing that at least a tiny handful of folks out there are waiting for me to post something is so motivating. When faced with the decision of watching your favorite TV show or setting aside time for a late-night art project, it’s those little nudges from family and friends that can make all of the difference.”
Other 100-Day-ers are using the process to remind themselves of passions not related to their day job that are easy to let fall by the wayside.
Noelle Wolfe, 28, who’s in tech sales and recently moved to Seattle, chose to write every day. “I’m not artistic in very many ways,” she says.  “Writing is my main creative outlet.”

Atas Mata
  • Tekan mulai dari cekungan pangkal hidung. 
  • Pindahkan sampai tepat diatas pangkal alis. Tekan dan tahan pada titik ini.
  • Geser ke puncak alis. Tekan, tahan dan lepaskan.
  • Berpindah lagi ke ujung alis dan lakukan hal sama.
  • Serong 45 derajat dari ujung alis ke arah atas pada posisi cekungan atas pelipis. Tekan, tahan dan lepaskan.

Bawah Mata

  • Geser lagi sampai berada di lekungan yang merupakan perbatasan pipi bawah dan telinga. Tekan juga pada titik ini.
